About the role
Grace Fellowship is looking for a worship pastor who loves Scripture, leads with humility, and helps our congregation of about 600 sing the faith together across two Sunday services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead worship for two Sunday services and a Wednesday gathering
- Recruit, train and shepherd a team of 40 volunteer musicians and tech staff
- Work with the senior pastor on sermon series and seasonal services
- Oversee the worship budget, song licensing and production equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading worship in a local church
- Theological training (M.Div or equivalent preferred)
- Strong musician and vocalist; comfortable leading from keys or guitar
- Agreement with our statement of faith
